Primary Bodies, Multiform Intelligence
In the Living Color Wheel of our experience and expression, there are distinct intelligences within our understanding that are analogous to the primary colors; and, just as with the primary colors, each of them are necessary for the wheel to exist.
Witness how this blends into a further understanding: as the physical body blends into the sense of feeling and discernment for emotional wellness, the Sensual Body becomes (Orange). As the emotional awareness of “Gut Feeling” blends into knowledge, messaging, and feedback from the external through the Mental Body’s intelligence, the Intuitive Body becomes (Green). As the developed Mental Body receives external information and processes it, adapting behavior for the sake of well-being through the virtues of discipline, practice, and understanding, the Embodied Truth becomes (Purple).
Physical Body - Red Emotional Body - Yellow Mental Body - Blue
Sensual Body - Orange Intuitive Body - Green Embodied Truth - Purple
For True Balance to be achieved in our experience, The Mental Body and Physical Body must be connected through the Emotional Channel, not bypassed or circumvented. Witness how bypassing comes to be expressed upon a wide spectrum that can be seen as “Psychological Manipulation and Enslavement,” commonly accepted sociopathy seen through corporate structures or typical business models esteemed through revenue generation.
From one extreme on this spectrum, the mental processes become fixated on body image, conceptual models of health, and extreme self-discipline to be the means of achieving harmony. In this extreme, the standard set is theoretically “achievable,” but in the obsession to achieve this standard new experience or other approaches are disregarded. As such, there can become a rigid “authoritarian” complex that confines the world into a limited range of exposure and understanding, equating all that is “relevant” to exist within this cerebral bubble. In this, everything outside of this range is seen to be subordinate, establishing a superiority complex and a competitive model of reality.
On the other extreme, the mental processes do not open into developing an understanding of self-reliance, of incorporating discernment or discipline into the living experience for the sake of arriving to a sense of sovereign freedom. Instead, there is a “chemist’s approach” to addressing imbalances within, consuming external factors (such as drugs, food, media distractions, religious submission complexes, sociocultural ideologies) that in turn generate a dependency. As this momentum is set into motion for the sake of arriving to an artificial state of homeostasis, the dependency lifestyle model furthers into greater dependencies, diminishing self-worth to the point where self-identity is externalized. Consequently, health is not a state accessed from within but is established according to the welfare of those in the environment.
In truth, both extremes on this spectrum can be seen as Psychological Enslavement: imposed conditions generated from the external reality that come to be identified with. Skinny Man, Fat Man: neither know balance.
When the energy channels are opened clearly without distortions, the higher energy pathways become integrated into conscious awareness- but are maintained only through a self-designed devotional practice.
Etymology, Devotion (Latin): de, down; vovere, to vow. To promise solemnly, to sacrifice oneself.
Physical exercise, nutritional discipline, abstinence (from external voices/substances), listening to other perspectives, patience, stillness (meditation), unconditional compassion: each of these, as examples, are exercises for devotional practice. In the “sacrificing oneself,” one releases from imposed conditions to deepening Self understanding. Devotion lead through Emotion is not enslavement, it is the path to peace and freedom.
“Indigo,” the energy associated with the “Third Eye”/ “Eye of Ra”/ “Enlightenment” is the balancing of all bodies into internal homeostasis, recognizing the personal practices that bring about this state without a need for external factors to be consumed/relied upon/constantly sought out. As this becomes strengthened and attuned, so too does the connection to pure inspired energy through the Crown, the Violet/Purple Center.
Being Red and Blue speaks “sound body, sound mind.” the “sound” in this is the listening from within to deepen self-respect and self-love, and as such establishing lifestyle habits that are self-sustaining and ever-evolving into new experience and curiosity.
[1] Raw Fuel (Raw Potential Energy/Earth) Red: Physical Intelligence- Primordial Instincts; the Exposure to the Unknown “Root Chakra”
Consider Einstein’s revelation: E = mc2. Energy, consolidated into dense physical form, holds incredible (virtually limitless) potential. The “potential,” as with all things related to energy, is neutral- it can serve as creative energy, serve as destructive, or never be activated into expression.
These concepts of expression (creative/destructive) are intrinsically neutral- both stand to be the polar ends of Perpetual Motion (inhale/exhale, ∞) and are defined through the awareness of the actor (the “me”) engaging the energy. Witness the ever-present cycles in nature: creation begets destruction, destruction consequently leads to creation. For destruction is the dismantling of the perceived “whole” into distinct parts; the parts are then re-arranged and re-integrated with familiar or foreign parts to create a new being. We see this evidenced in the mind as confusion evolving into wisdom, leading into a new space of confusion.
“The Root Energy” represents conscious nature/inspired response (“light”) extending into the primordial nature/unconscious reactivity (“darkness”). Root frequency is identified as red pigmentation into the crimsons and browns, the lowest frequencies within the visible light spectrum which then extends infinitely into the infrared- the unseen below visible wavelengths. Release from linear fixation- although identified as the “lowest,” it is by no means inferior. In reality, Root Energy is raw potential; it is the unrefined substance of all that is known in form- it is the navigation through density and the activation of it in accordance with conscious awareness, to the degree of developed self-expression. Consider raw metal ores within the earth that are collected, refined, and then fashioned into form and function- this metal is still the earth, transformed through the elements (fire, air, water) to become activated through a conscious/creative process.
As we learn from these processes, we recognize our mistakes, and we adjust and adapt for the sake of efficiency, sustainability, and harmony with nature while also extending further into new unknowns/innovations. What “is” is the consequence of adaptation, navigating through confusion/ survival instincts/fears for the sake of bringing forth solutions; what “is to become” will be consequence of further adaptation and refinement, reflecting and considering if these solutions truly address the root issue that brought forth the action to change. Fine-tuning and adjusting.
The roots of the tree are reflected in the outward expression of the branches; as with the tree, so too with my rooted awareness within myself. The degree of root development mirrors the magnitude of nourishment, stability and true wealth. And yet, as is often said, not all is as it seems to be: success and wealth is self-defined, and measured (according to the Universal Nature) by the degree of brilliance, of illumination, of harmony understood within. This is seen to be the expression of Love and Beauty.
How am I finding nourishment at this time, through this time?
How am I identifying with this concept of nourishment? How do I define it within me?
Am I creating well-being through adjustments and adaptations, or am I becoming destroyed by dis-ease that has become normalized?
[2] Embers (Sustained Energy/Earth, Fire) Orange: Sensual Intelligence- Pleasure/Pain, Cultural/Tribal Identity; Boundaries “Sacral Chakra”
As the raw fuel meets the spark, it becomes activated. As it burns, the fuel is transformed into an intermediary state between earth and fire elements- it is both the fuel and the flame. This can be likened to self-awareness initiated into expression through action, emotional exploration, and sensuality for the sake of generating a predictable and comfortable reality. It is where we begin to feel “needs” and “desires,” and where we begin the process of creating the narrative of “what is” reality. This intelligence initiates creation for the thriving of self and of the family/tribe identified. The Sacral Fixation is much this: the association with genetic memory, the “close-knit clan,” competition with others through the designation of a like-mind that is focused on the concept of limited resources through limited awareness; the “us” versus “them” ideation.
Close Minds fuse to become Closed Minds.
The fear of isolation stunts individual identity within a collective identity, which often is bound through fear and survival needs- the undeveloped (unconscious) hivemind, subscribed to a relative truth, projected and reflected through the collective’s limited awareness. These hivemind identities (religions/institutions/identity affiliations, politics/industries/teams/etc.) form a shell of reality based upon mental disposition, common life experience/traumas, and standardized emotional intelligence. The group’s capacity to adjust and adapt to the ever-changing factors outside of its own control is revealed in how much it controls individual expression with in its container. In this, self-fulfilling prophesies become witnessed through a hardwired concept of “truth”- all that is evidenced in reality is distorted to fit into these narratives/belief structures that is focused upon mundane survival and not higher-forms of experience that come through exploration and curiosity for the unknown.
The Sacral Center is the womb (present in both male and female forms energetically) where the inner child is in infancy. As such, it is the raw emotions, the uncomfortable feelings, the confusion of energy and thus the reaction to defend or protect the sensitive being becoming developed. If fear is the primary motive of expression and action, these sensitive faculties within self are stunted to maintain a small-world perspective, containing identity as one of the “chosen ones” endlessly seeking the promised land.
This energy is the raw energy that must be harnessed and allowed to ascend into the higher energy centers for the development of the infant child into maturity, which can only come through the facing of fears and the celebration of autonomy. Transparent communication and authenticity become established through this progression.
When light meets dark, the dark becomes light.
Is “evil” simply ignorance, seen in others as a reflection of one’s own ignorance?
How does healthy individuality become embraced to support healthy community?
How do I communicate my wants, needs, and boundaries? How do I understand these within myself?
[3] Flame (Present Energy, “Will Power”/Fire) Yellow: Emotional Intelligence- Individualization, Self-Reflection; Discernment “Solar Plexus Chakra”
Simple enough to say, a “yes” is a “no” to something else; a “no” is a “yes” to something else. A “yes” is a “yes” for as long as it is, until it then becomes a “no;” a “no” is a “no” for as long as it is, until it then becomes a “yes.” This is discernment, a recognition of situational awareness.
The Will is the engagement of self-expression to rise above survival needs- above the sexual fixation for genetic proliferation, above sensual indulgences/consumption being the pinnacle of ecstasy, above limited identity within tribe/family/team. It is the evolution into temperance, of fine-tuning the depth of “yes” or of “no.” As with the dimming function of a light, so too within personal discernment: there are gray areas between fully “on” and fully “off.” There are seasons through life, rotations through new that remove conditions from what was previously identified with to form new conditions that are being identified with. One does not tend to the tree the same way as when it was a sprout.
The Solar Plexus, the Sol Within, the generator of conscious expression, is the initiation into maturity- the witness to the “gray areas” between yes/no. It is the maturation into exploring the Art of Temperance- to understand that with all action there is a consequence that comes along with it. There is a freedom in conscious restriction, and there is an honesty with self when conceptualized “freedom” has become enslaved through addictions or limited exposure to predictable patterns in life (relationships, career, exercise, nutrition, expression, etc.)
The Flight of Icarus from Ancient Greek Mythology comes to mind:
Daedalus set himself and his son free from the Labyrinth of his own design (mental construction of reality), guarded by the Minotaur (animal nature/survival/fears). Once they were free on the island, they realized they were still imprisoned within these boundaries (ocean = emotion). And so, Daedalus, the master engineer, crafted wings for him and his son from albatross feathers fastened with bee wax. Flying too low over the sea would have the water (emotions) weigh down the feathers (thoughts), creating a heaviness that would not be able to be overcome. If they were to fly too high (self-absorbed ego), the Sun (Spirit) would heat the wax (structure/stability), dismantling the wings (mind), and consequently lead to the fall (humility/death). Icarus, overcome by the excitement of liberation and flight, did not heed the warning from his father; flying too high, exhilarated by the sight from heights and the warmth of the sun (stimulation), dismantled the structure for such heights to be achieved, and perished in the sea below.
Temperance: the flame rising from the embers of the ignited raw source matter must be maintained within a range so as to allow for warmth and light, but must be fed at a rate so as to honor resources collected and endure the coldness of night.
All that is desired! All that is desired in the world is for the arrival to a feeling.
Does this feeling exist within the self?
Am I in healthy relation to my own emotions?
[4] Warmth (Self-Awareness Energy/Fire, Air) Green: Intuitive Intelligence- Compassion for Human Condition, Arrival to Intimacy; Love “Heart Chakra”
Etymology, courage (Latin): cor, the heart
The warmth emitted from the Flame rising brings evolved understanding beyond survival and into thrival. In this, the self becomes aware that existence is not to just survive and make it through the day, but to learn the relationship with joy and make it known through the day. “The knowing enough to know I have had enough” to be in joy: enjoyed consumption for the sake of giving rise to creation, to then emit and broadcast this self-contentedness outward so others too may arrive to this sense of warmth. To be able to recognize action in inaction, inaction in action- to begin to understand “conservation of energy.” To be able to recognize “less is more,” and to explore “work smarter not harder.” In this, harmony begins to be understood just as the river moves through varying degrees of intensity (rapids) and ease (slow current).
As they say when flying:
“In the case of an emergency, connect to your own oxygen source before assisting others.”
The degree of understanding Love with others is to the exact relation of Self-Love.
How do I treat myself?
What would be the consequence if I treated others as I treat my inner realm?
Am I treating others from a place of love, or from a place of self-interest to be accepted?
Intimacy: “Into Me I See.” The heart is the center convergence, the meeting of the ascending lower three centers with the descending higher three. The beauty of word play in this modern etymology: the “+”, the cross, is the symbol for presence. It is universally identified as the meeting of the Masculine Polarity (North, South) with the meeting of the Feminine Polarity (East, West). The intersection is the birth of an origin point, unique upon the expression of both converging. This child of presence, when connected with the word “heart” becomes “+heart,” or “+he art,” or, for the sake of clarity: “the art.”
From Mother, to Mother’s Mother, to the Mother of All Mother’s Mothers, the heart beat is the radiant ripple from the Origin Boom.
The metronome’s the Heart, beating since the start-
The rhythm of Life itself, the divine intuitive intelligence.
Integrate integrity into great self-clarity.
As intimacy begins to be explored, Harmony in Life is found in accordance with the Natural Laws.
Love is not a word repeated; Love is cultivated through honesty, transparency, and integration of truth.
[5] Illumination (Projection Energy/Air) Blue: Mental (Self-Expression) Intelligence- Voice, Projection into the World; Authority “Throat Chakra”
The flame itself- the source of not only utility/function (surviving) but also warmth and illumination (thriving)- sheds light upon that which surrounds and those seeking its comfort. Through authentic self-expression, through evolution into understanding Self-Love (intimacy), the flame within self is brought into vibrancy; as such, the self is no longer seeking this comfort and illumination outside but from within. In this, I generate my own well-being; I overcome codependency- the overcompensation desires to be validated by external voices, the self-surrendered authorities as to what is right and what is wrong in contrast.
If I become responsible for myself, I must also begin to be honest with myself as to what is working in accordance with my intentions. How easy it is to turn over self-responsibility to some external authority, dismissing accountability for personal health and prosperity- at the expense of truly accessing these states within.
As I expand into self-assertion, I open to receive the reflections seen in the faces and the environment in which I am shedding light. In this I refine what is broadcast not only for maintaining self-expression but also creating an environment of joy, convergence, and nourishment for those I attract. Too hot will burn those surrounding and create not only discomfort but also require more materials to sustain the intense state of discomfort (lost in the fascination/stimulation/exhileration as moths to the flame). In this, I am introducing the risk of volatility. Too dull will barely be seen, and barely keep those around from becoming cold.
With the advancement into the mental intelligence, the primary colors are made evident- red (physical body), yellow (emotional body), and blue (mental body). As the wheel rotates, blue begins to blend into red, calling attention to the sense of life balance in our awareness to lifestyle and healthy habits. Mind, Body, Emotions- just as color is a concept, so too Spirit: it is all of it, it is none of it.
What do I understand of energy conservation, the ability to sustain and be sustained within self?
What is the intensity of brilliance calling to fit this occasion?
Are others willing to contribute raw energy for the maintenance and proliferation of the flame?
Are others simply seeking to extract the benefits of my creation then release from connection once it has exhausted the resources I have personally generated?
What is the give and take, the relation of sustainability?
[6] Beacon in Darkness (Catalyst’s Transformational Energy/Air, Ether) Violet: Actualized Intelligence- Lifestyle, Living Practice/Devotion; Honesty “Third Eye Chakra”
As perspective rises beyond self, beyond those surrounding self and the environment, the flame becomes aware of the contrast between what it is creating within its container and what is surrounding it. This awareness is expansion beyond the fuel source, the embers, the flame, the warmth, the witnessing of the reflection upon others- and comes to be the light generated from the process itself. As blue wavelengths advance into violet, violet continues to expand through and into ultraviolet which exist beyond visible wavelengths. Just because they cannot be seen does not mean they do not exist.
The Sun, as example, can be understood to be a “Beacon in Darkness”- although from our earth perspective a day seems to be a balance between light and dark, light is a relatively rare occurrence when considering the vastness of the Universe. If the Sun can be understood to be a sentient conscious being upon its own evolutionary path, its fulfillment of purpose is reflected in the health of those who are dependent upon it (our Solar System) while its sense of purpose is seen to be its continuous exploration of space and its contribution to a Larger Sentient Being (the Galaxy).
In this reflection, the evolved understanding of Existence/”Beingness” can be understood as the living components coming together beyond the form and function of individuality. As a cell exists in the fabric of my living form- distinct within its unique role and purpose- and comes into the conscious awareness that its natural efforts are contributing to the whole of something beyond its own understanding, so too am I in the Being of Totality. An unhealthy cell represents a dis-ease (ignorance) that is unaddressed within the body. If the steps are not taken to understand and correct this ignorance, the dis-ease will expand to become more pronounced so that it can be seen. If the self is lost in its own confusion of reality, over-concerned and over-stimulated by external factors surrounding, the dialogue that is speaking from within to correct this will not be heard. Establishing health and homeostasis from within, knowing this as embodied awareness actualized in daily habits, these imbalances of the external world may begin to be addressed- seen and understood to be discordant patterns desiring to be redesigned through conscious interaction.
What is the brain without neural connections, without the innervation of the nervous system into all the organ bodies? Open sight to see karma’s patterns in this unfolding mystery: the well-being I consciously generate for myself contributes to the well-being of the Whole of Being (the Wholiness). To the degree of understanding and applying self-mastery, this well-being then graces my existence with a greater wellness and quality of life. Embracing the wholiness of my existence within and without my individuality I come to expand into a greater clarity as to what is truly serving me, and what is truly serving all.
The Infinite Division from Origin’s Emission makes the Quest Understood:
One’s Happiness is All’s Good.
Happiness, who’s voice is this?
From what perspective is happiness understood?
Witness what is: feeding the hunger only makes the hunger grow.
[7] The Breath of Life (Living Animation, Inspiration Energy/Ether) “Color” (concept): Universal Integration/Distinction- Inner-Intimacy, Outer-Transparency; Truth “Crown Chakra”
All is breathing in with Me; all is unfolding just to be. What can be witnessed of a flame without air to circulate its initial spark? Consider what was shared with the wisdom of the Heart:
“Connect to your own oxygen source before assisting others.”
In the arrival to Universal Truth, it becomes known fully within the self: the animation and ignition of all energy comes to be from the subtle unseen. What is water to the fish but the womb of existence- where life, growth, awareness, experience, and death are held? Witness how fish come to the surface to experience what is the world beyond their own reality. So too am I within the Ethereal, the vacuum breathing me as I breathe within it. My breath is my billow, my ability to control my energy as it circulates from the Lightness into the Density. What would be illumination without darkness? What would be the sense of joy through warmth without experiencing bitter cold? Polar Reality.
At last, I arrive to witness the Laws of the Timeless. The flame’s intensity is to the far reaches of its light, and yet there is no limitation to this beyond self-awareness and engagement of creative energy to illuminate. Brilliance is not bound by darkness; it is bound by its own capacity to generate light. Evil does not exist, yet in its belief it makes it so- which is, in truth, evidence of ignorance in the belief itself. Witness what is, both sides of ignorance- atrocities amplify to an equal degree of the misguided attention we give them. Just as it is to throw wood on a fire in the attempt to smother it, intention does not yield the result sought. If harmony with Natural Law and Order is neglected, Natural Law and Order will continue to make itself more evident in the wish for us to come to understand what we are not seeing.
We are not the only sentience in existence, and sentience is not limited to our concepts.
If we listen to the languages being created (trans-verbally) in order for us to come into higher relation within Human Nature, within our Earthly Nature, and within the Universal Nature, the wheel will begin to turn and move forward into the new conscious experience being birthed.
How do I identify the Self:
As the raw material, birthing flame?
As the flame, birthing brilliance?
Or as the catalyst, birthing the animation of the flame- the raw material, into refined material, into a function that expands curiosity and creativity through the transformation of reality?
In truth, I am all of these; and in truth, I will return to separation.
The flame in time will rest into faded embers and ashes, having been consumed by the unseen that has brought the brilliance to be- and to be no more. I am at peace with this; I accept creation is for the sake of creation, and destruction is a natural consequence until stillness is found once more.
Silence is the sound all pervasive speaking into all to create the Inspired Music, the Dance of Life.
