I did not intentionally create a two-sided work. I had created the mushroom side, then believed a fresh piece of paper was on my desk the next day. After getting about half way through the tree side, I realized what I did.
“The Shattered Series” consists of the works which were created from “Momentum Metanoia” (December 2019) through to the drawing of “Death of the Seed” (July 2020), which slowly progressed to become “Dawn’s Early Light” (March 2025).
